Crystaltina subletted in LA in November of 2018 and documented the entire experience. This was her first time as a newly full-time actress testing out the Los Angeles acting market—one of the most competitive in the world. She did not want her stay in LA to be all work and no play, however, so she decided to immerse herself into the LA culture through the lens of social media content creation. In 2018, Instagram was the king of social media with static pictures dominating the feed and it seemed everyone she met gladly let instagram dominate their life. Hence why she made a social media guide to creating content in the City of Angels. LA is very picturesque and still to this day is the social media content creators’ capital of the world so what better way to immerse oneself in the culture of a new city than to cater your visit to the existing lifestyle of the rich and famous?
